I tried pairing my M20 with the simplest bluetooth celfone in the market before I buy it. But it was not pairing with my M20. In the manual it says the celfone has to be truned off first prior to pairing with the M20. Is it one of the reasons why my device is not pairing with the celfones on display?

The M20 pairs with your Bluetooth phone giving you an audio device for phone calls. The M50 is the same headset, but also streams music.
