We could not be happier with our Plantronics CS55 purchase. My office manager, Sharon, is thrilled and her shoulders/neck thank you and your company. Your products are excellent and I appreciate a good well though out design. The set up was smooth and easy and Sharon was using the headset in minutes. It has helped her to freely move around the clinic (acupuncture/Chinese medicine practice) and clearly hear the caller.

I never dreamed I would be wearing a headset all day but I am and love it. The CS55 allows me to move around the office including the warehouse & getting coffee in break room, answering calls anywhere I am. It is so comfortable I forget to take it off and have been known to get in my car before realizing I still have it on. I would recommend this headset to anyone but especially those that are new to wearing a headset. Your customer service folks are also very helpful because in the beginning I had lots of basic questions. Thanks for taking care of your customers.

I couldn't be more happier with my headset! Easy install and easy use. And most importantly, no more neck pain!!!
