• Q: I’m hearing buzzing through my wireless headset when I connect it to my home office phone, that has additional remote stations. What could my problem be?

  A: Plantronics does not recommend any headsets for the base unit since it's wireless communication with the remote stations causes interference. It's okay to use headsets on the cordless units such as the M175C or M220C.

  A: The term refers to the audible frequency range for telephony. Traditional Telephone Systems operate between 300Hz and 3400Hz this is known as Narrow-band. The New Telephone Systems and VoIP can operate between 150Hz and 6800Hz this is known as Wide-band.
