Plantronics 22096-02 circumnaural ear cushions are used on the Supra line of headsets for customers in loud environments.  The original foam ear cushion is removed and the circumnaural ear cushion snaps onto the speaker of the Supra.  The leather cushion goes around your ear sealing off background noise and making it easier for the user to hear.
