The Plantronics 18015-01 is a replacement headset for the Supra H61 and H61N headsets.  It snaps into the headset speaker casing on both sides of a binaural headset.  This can also be used if your headset application is using two H51's at the same time and want the convenience of both headsets attached to the same headband.
